“We asked Jenny to plan our dream holiday to Japan – she thought of everything” – the Andersen family

As a family of five, with three daughters aged 17, 18 and 22, we’re always on the lookout for a ‘once in a lifetime’ destination - something everyone can get excited about. Japan turned out to be the perfect choice.

When we first approached Jenny, we had no idea where to start. We simply asked if she could help us plan our dream trip and she didn’t disappoint.

Jenny took care of everything, from our seat numbers on the flights to tickets for must-see exhibitions. Having never been to Japan before, it was such a relief to know we were in good hands. It meant the whole trip was completely stress-free.

We started in Tokyo, then travelled on to Kyoto and finished in Osaka. All the hotels Jenny found were perfect, but we especially loved the Bellustar in Tokyo. Our rooms were on the 45th floor, so peaceful and quiet with incredible views - yet the moment we stepped outside, we were in the heart of Tokyo’s hustle and bustle. It was the perfect start to the trip.

Jenny also booked our bullet trains, which we were a bit nervous about. But everything went without a hitch - we were met on the platform by our driver holding a sign, and transfers were all arranged in advance. Fantastic service!

She even organised portable WiFi, which was waiting at our first hotel - it was so easy to use and turned out to be invaluable throughout the trip.

There were so many highlights. Our very first evening in Tokyo stands out - the hotel booked us a sushi restaurant, and we ended up in a tiny place, just the five of us, with a private sushi chef preparing everything right in front of us.

In Kyoto, Jenny found us a brilliant food tour. We sampled everything from delicious street food to gyoza cooked in front of us in a tiny bar that seated just 15 people - all accompanied by local sake, of course.

We visited some incredible places, but the Fushimi Inari Shrine with its thousands of red torii gates was truly spectacular.

And finally - ‘kids’ choice’ to finish! We rounded off the trip with a day at Universal Studios in Osaka, including access to Super Nintendo World. Jenny arranged all the tickets and fast passes, which made a huge difference. It was a big success!

We’d wholeheartedly recommend putting your dream holiday in Jenny’s hands. She quickly understood our priorities and made them all happen. She thinks of everything, and we wouldn’t have changed a thing.
