This was our first time using Jenny from Travel Counsellors, and we were thoroughly impressed with the service provided.

We were planning a multi-stop trip to visit friends in Sydney and Auckland and sought quotes from three sources. Jenny, who was personally known to us, responded promptly with a competitive quote and was flexible in aligning with the other options we'd received. Our journey included Sydney, Auckland, Fiji and Hong Kong, with accommodation and transfers arranged for Fiji and Hong Kong as we stayed with friends in the other locations.

All flights and transfers went smoothly throughout. Neither my partner nor I had visited Hong Kong or Singapore before. I absolutely enjoyed the vibrant energy of Hong Kong and explored the island via tourist bus. The Harbour Grand Hotel was exceptional, especially with access to the club lounge offering complimentary afternoon tea and evening drinks.

My partner continued to Singapore while I stayed in Hong Kong. He had a positive experience, although an early morning arrival led to a delayed hotel check-in. He especially enjoyed visiting Raffles Hotel and trying the iconic Singapore Sling.

Our time in Fiji was the most memorable part of the trip. We immersed ourselves in the local culture through visits to restaurants, a glass-blowing workshop, a school and a pottery village. These cultural experiences were the highlight, making Fiji the most enriching destination of our journey.

We appreciated the relaxed pace of life - "Fiji time" truly reflects the local mindset! The Bedarra Beach Inn had friendly and attentive staff, though our room's location meant it was quite noisy at times.

The beach and lagoon weren't ideal for swimming due to coral, but the cultural experiences more than made up for it.

Both cities were very humid, which was occasionally uncomfortable, but overall, the people we met throughout our journey were warm and welcoming. Jenny remained professional and communicative throughout, keeping us informed of changes before and during the trip. I've already recommended her to friends and would gladly use her services again.
